[Lincolnparkdc] Visitor Parking passes question

 I just received a DDOT email news update containing the following sentence - - 

The 2020 Annual Visitor Parking Passes (paper placards) are still valid through April 15, 2023.

Various other places (including Marci Hilt’s EMMCA Matters weekly newsletter) have said that the passes were good to Nov 25, but apparently they were extended again).
 
  
 
The new parking permit site is great once you figure it out, but it is NOT easy to learn and pretty counterintuitive.  But if you call the tech support number you usually reach a real person immediately who is competent and able to assist.  Because some people don’t have printers, you can print your parking pass at any police station or library.

The last one I received was in 2020, and I'm guessing that it is still valid due to Covid; does anyone know for sure?
