It’s your attitude that this happens every year.  We hold the police chief
responsible the head of education responsible.  Why not the head of Dpw.
It’s the second yesr in a row for my block that they listed us finished
when it wasn’t.  What was even more infuriating is they did the east side
of the 100 block not the west side.  Also if u look at the schedule even
the east side was completed 2 weeks behind schedule when it was scheduled
for week 2.  Where are the supervisors checking up on the work.  Who
develops a schedule that is 2 weeks behind after 4 weeks.
