[Lincolnparkdc] ***SPAM*** Leaf pick up 100 block 13TH street se

This is my second request to your office.  The 100 block 13TH street se for
the second year in a row has been skipped for leaf pick up.  Service
requests to 311 have been marked as completed.  Calls to complain aren’t
answered and no voice mail options are available.   Based on your flippant
email blast a few weeks back I know this comes as know surprise to u or
your office.  My question is why u care so little about this basic
service.  Why isn’t the person responsible fired  and replaced by someone
who is competent?
