[Lincolnparkdc] Road Closures for Africa Leaders Summit

Hi all - forgive if already shared. For those headed downtown next week, expect commuting to be a mess.  Significant road closures near the convention center and public transit impacts as well. Summit lasts until Dec. 15 but could disrupt traffic through Dec. 17.
