[Lincolnparkdc] Solar Panels and Pepco charges

I was curious if neighbors who recently installed solar panels have had
Pepco hit them with fees to upgrade their service. I have a few proposals
for installing panels on our house but read somewhere that in some
neighborhoods, Pepco was charging high fees to move forward. Having
recently been on our roof following a new roof installation I
noticed several neighbors have panels installed. Thanks.
