[Lincolnparkdc] Stair bannisters / railings repair person????

With my badly broken foot, the only way I can switch floors is by scooting
up and down the stairs!
I get a very close look at the railings and bannisters, and I realize that
I need a carpenter to repair some of them and make my journeys safer.   Any
suggestions?
