[Lincolnparkdc] Postal Service Problems Letter from Charles Allen

I will say in the past couple of weeks, we have gotten regular mail each
day. I have informed delivery and it's not always the mail they say will be
delivered, but we have gotten mail. Not sure if they have just found a
couple of regular carriers or what.
