Yep, “blaming the victim” is the modus operandi” of the USPS and it has
been going on for a long time. The CEO installed by Trump and not ousted by
the Biden administration is set to privatize the post office, so the worse
the situation is the more reasons he will have to push for his evil deeds.
The pandemic has decimated the personnel and the mailmen and women are so
overwhelmed and irregular that professionalism has gone by the waysides.
It’s a very poisoned situation and I don’t see any betterment in the near
future.
