[Lincolnparkdc] Please move cars

I understand the frustration, but a couple of observations. The signs say they are for 100-199 Kentucky. Clearly far fewer spaces are really needed. Also went into effect last Wednesday, but people saw nothing happening so they tend to start to ignore. Finally when ABL were added in the spring, there was major overreach in terms of signing, just to have contractors work around it. 

You probably remember what we heard as kids about “yelling wolf” in the woods once too often.
