[Lincolnparkdc] Biker & car crash 8:30 am today @ Kentucky & East Capitol

Thanks Mark.  Agreed.  My only point was that bicyclists need to be as aware and as careful as automobile drivers.  Neither gets a free pass.  No intention to reopen old arguments.
