[Lincolnparkdc] Biker & car crash 8:30 am today @ Kentucky & East Capitol

I concur with Ed’s observation. I too frequently have seen many bicyclists come up Kentucky and then proceed to go west on East Cap AGAINST eastbound traffic. Recently eastbound traffic included MPD cruiser. Bicyclist realized criuser was no going to yield to him, gave up and instead headed north into Lincoln Park.
