[Lincolnparkdc] Biker & car crash 8:30 am today @ Kentucky & East Capitol

Biker & car collided. Biker & bike knocked to ground. Biker did not file a police report or accept ambulance service. He (biker) & driver worked it out according to police who arrived on the scene. Bike is damaged & chained to sign @ corner of Ky. PolIce said it should be reported b/c of damaged bike (not rideable) but They cannot do anything unless police report is filed. If anyone knows biker please have him file police report. PolIce can’t act w/o report. If anyone knows biker please have him file police report. I heard, didn’t see, crash, took photos & headed out to an appointment. Several bystander but I don’t know them. I gave police my phone # & address when I returned from my appointment. Sorry for anything I left out. I’m occupied with another matter but took a few minutes to get this email out.
