[Lincolnparkdc] What to do about scooters?

I'm asking: Why  not --  since you were perfectly willing to call parking
enforcement about my vehicle, which parking enforcement said was perfectly
legal, and legally parked.

You then wrote:  "If it’s the Vespa type thing it’s not taking up a legal
spot that someone else can use."
I am asking: Are you then condoning Vespa-type scooters parking in that
space? It sounds like it.
