[Lincolnparkdc] dog attack--ISO owner

An attack by a dog on a person or other living creature is very very serious.  It is not simply the dog’s vax status that you need to know but you should contact the police as well.  

It is not acceptable to have an unstable / untrained dog in DC.  You also don’t know if the dog has done this before.  Not good consequences for the animal if so.
