[Lincolnparkdc] dog attack--ISO owner

Hello everyone,

One of my C St NE neighbors was biking through Kingman Park when he was
attacked and bitten by a German Shepard. Unfortunately, he didn't get the
contact details of the owner, so the rabies vax status of the dog is
unknown.

If anyone recognizes this person or has any info, please give a shout! My
neighbor tweeted about it here

can also contact her directly via Twitter. The victim is otherwise ok but
simply wants to confirm the dog's vax status to avoid some painful rabies
shots.
