Dear Neighbors
I know that, like us, any of you have not received mail for weeks.  Our block, 10th and F NE, has had delivery only twice since 8/16.
I wanted to share the attached letter from City Council Member Allen to the DC Postmaster.  Apparently Rep. Norton will also be submitting correspondence this week.
