At approximately 12:45 pm today, I witnessed two young men on a revel
electric motorcycle riding up on the sidewalk in front of Wine and Butter.
They stole a women's bag, and knocked over chairs and people. The woman
whose belongings were stolen ran after them But they escaped quickly *via
the bike lane on 11th street, counter to traffic. *

*There is no way MPD could have chased them had they even been in the
vicinity given on coming traffic.*

With the security conversation coming up with Charles Allen et al., please
include this event and the means to catch criminals given increasing routes
for escape that emergency and response vehicles cannot follow.
