[Lincolnparkdc] Our City Trash crews

Bernie, Who retired two years ago, claimed an expertise in the ethics rules
of the US House of Representatives. He does not so claim in regard to
ethics rules of the District of Columbia. He surmises , however, that as in
the HOUSE - it is not permitted to receive payment , however small, as a
thank you for performing official duties.
