[Lincolnparkdc] Block party lost and found

Thank you so much for doing this, Gina and all the coordinators.  We didn't
feel comfortable coming back this year with incomplete vaccinations and
breakthrough Covid infections (several of which have touched our family,
unfortunately), but we're glad the tradition continues and we look forward
to coming back in many, many years to come!  Over 17 years on the block
there have been so many amazing block parties.  (Although I'm sad that my
favorite block party t-shirts, made from Lori Singer's prints, are slowly
