[Lincolnparkdc] Poles on corners of Lincoln Park

Jonathan, I'm fairly sure those first antennas are traffic counters. Rather
than run a wire across the street, the poles measure traffic from the side
of the road. The light pole in front of Pacci's is a cell antenna, not
speakers. Newer antennas use frequencies that don't travel as far, so
antennas are lower to the ground and spaced closer together.
