[Lincolnparkdc] Local movers and packers / seeking recommendation

Hello,
An elderly gent living in the Ballston/Arlington area needs to move about two blocks, from a studio in a high-rise building to a one-bedroom apartment in another. Can anyone recommend good movers who will also bring boxes and pack?
