[Lincolnparkdc] Looking for Assistance with WiFi Troubles

Any recommendations for someone who can diagnose and fix internet issues?

I have regular sporadic outages and slowdowns that have persisted even after changing providers (Comcast to Verizon), swapping out the router and setting up both a mesh system and an extender. My efforts at troubleshooting have not proven successful and am now looking for someone with a greater understanding of this stuff.

Any suggestions?
