[Lincolnparkdc] Digital multimeter to borrow?

I'm trying to diagnose the problem with a broken treadmill, and I need to
use a digital multimeter (DMM) for a few minutes to confirm that it's a
circuit board problem.  Does anyone have one that we could borrow briefly?
