[Lincolnparkdc] Great News! Cheese the Cat has been found!

GREAT NEWS! CHEESE IS HOME!!!! Wonderful Neighbors: Cheese is HOME! After getting some advice that cats are easier to find after dark and we should focus our search near home, we started more intensive nighttime searches of our block tonight. Because we had earlier noticed another stray cats in a neighbor's yard at the other end of the block (who has been out of town) we decided to shine a flashlight under his porch. My daughter was calling his name and heard him meow and he came up to her on the other side of the lattice work clearly delighted to see her. He had apparently gotten under the porch and wasn't sure how to get back out through the lattice work! We were able to pull a loose bit of lattice aside enough for him to sneak through and now he's home safe and sound! We've never seen him drink so much water :-) We cannot thank all of you enough for all the great tips and advice. WE ARE ALL SO HAPPY!!!!! Happy Thanksgiving! We sure are counting our blessings!
