[Lincolnparkdc] ISO local notary

The UPS notary seems to be there all the time…except when needed.  I’ve never been able to use them.

Fortunately, just about every bank on that block has a notary.  So does Yarmouth, in the block between Eastern Market and the CVS.  The mortgage and title places sometimes have notaries.
