[Lincolnparkdc] Aloha it’s diana

No- i’m a musician and i’ve been thinking about playing in the park, but I don’t know if there are any rules. i did call the park police, and the person i talked to said the only rule is that you can’t play after dark. i know my question read as if i were going to complain, but that wasn’t the intent of my question.
