[Lincolnparkdc] Recommendation for car tires?

Two parts to this:
- buying the tires
- installing the tires

I prefer to buy from https://www.tirerack.com/ or Amazon, where I can find
pretty much anything at a great price and have the tires delivered to an
installer.
Capitol Hill Auto is a great choice and they will do the installation of
the tires at a reasonable price.
