[Lincolnparkdc] Looking to stay in the neighborhood

Hey, neighbors! 

We found out our landlord will be putting our place on the market (and soon!) so we’re now looking for a rental in the neighborhood. Ideally 2 beds with den/space for home office or 3 beds, more than one toilet (because it doesn’t matter how many as long as there is more than one,) and ideally some outdoor space. 

We have a one year old and are pretty handy so can take care of a place! Please Let us know if you know of such a unicorn house available and want some awesome tenants!
