[Lincolnparkdc] Mail today?

My mail is consistently delayed. I had a guitar delivered a month late
(talk about stress), and I have had two shipments of lily of the valley
pips.roots.plants "stuck" in the mail so long that the first shipment was
DOA and I'm not sure I can revive the second shipment. I have informed
delivery, and half the time, the mail that should be delivered on one day
doesn;t show up until two or three or more days later.  Our post office on
Penn. Ave doesn't take packaged any more- you have to go down to half
street to pick any packages up - if they are there. I am not sure what to
do, since you can rarely get a human on the phone any more. very
frustrating.
