I tried that already sev years ago on a diff matter. AirB&B Is not on the side of neighborhoods and their local regulations.  I am fine with one bedroom rented in a owner occupied home, but when a whole apartment or a building is  being used with no home owner in sight it is a nightmare for neighbors. AND it’s   Not fair to the neighbors!!!!!
