Lincoln Park Neighbors,

Thank you to everyone for keeping the slot clear in front of our home in preparation for our moving trucks arrival today...much appreciated! Just to let everyone know, it is not scheduled to arrive until later this afternoon but is indeed scheduled and our movers will be arriving tomorrow AM early so thanks for not parking there across the day.

It is a bitter sweet week as we depart this block after almost 20 years of living here with you all...thank you for sharing this chapter in our lives with us and for putting up with the less then perfect times as well.  We are slated to close on Thursday and will be departing that morning for our next adventure.   Our hope is that we will have an opportunity to visit and make a few block parties in the years ahead and wish you all the very best.

Quick logistics note, we have a service ticket (request number: 21-00096920) with 311 for a bulk trash pick up on 3/25 so know that the items left in front of the house were not left randomly but are arranged for pick up on Thursday.

I am sure the new owners (the Miller's) will be a great addition to the block and add to the fantastic group of folks who live here.
