Subject: Armed Robbery - 100 Block of Kentucky Ave SE

On 3/12/21 at approximately 8:15 pm. First District officers responded to the 100 block of Kentucky Ave SE for the report of a robbery.  The victim reported that while walking in the 100 block of Kentucky Ave, the suspect approached and pointed a gun at them while demanding their property.  The suspect was last seen fleeing through the east alley of the 100 block of Kentucky Ave SE.  The suspect was described as a unknown race male wearing all black clothes and a black mask.

First District detectives are actively investigating this incident.  If any member of the public has information or video of the incident, please contact the First District Detectives Office at (202) 299-2025, or the Metropolitan Police Department's Command Information Center at (202) 727-9099.
