[Lincolnparkdc] Hit and run on Kentucky Ave

Here's an update I received from Officer Burt this morning. Note that he
will be conducting some witness interviews tomorrow. I still want to know
if this person is charged as a hit and run or leaving the scene or if he'll
get just a slap on the wrist, which would be really upsetting. I don't have
high hopes though for any serious charges.

Ms. Arlotto,

Thank you for your kind words. I did locate the vehicle shortly after I
left the scene of the collision. I was able to speak with the driver of the
Mini Cooper, so all of his vehicular information is in the report for all
the victims. I am off today, but I will be conducting a follow up tomorrow
evening with at least one of the listed witnesses.
