[Lincolnparkdc] who organizes fireworks in park on July 4th?

Mia,

While I feel for your dogs (my last one had the same issue and Guy Fox Night seemed to last several weeks when we lived in London), please keep in mind that consuming beef, poultry, coffee or chocolate are all more detrimental to the environment than fireworks.
