[Lincolnparkdc] Rt 295 closed until 10pm Thursday

Nothing is confirmed but it appears the dump truck had its bed raised and
it hit the bridge. This particular ped bridge was nothing pretty to look
at, but it still wouldn't have just collapsed for no reason. Wish it would
be reported that way instead of "ped bridge collapses"
