[Lincolnparkdc] Reminder about our alleys

Hi neighbors, just a reminder that the alleys are not private bathrooms for
our four legged friends. (Despite evidence to the contrary in the
12th/Kentucky alley.) Many of your neighbors are small children learning to
ride bikes and scooters or safely playing sports. Please be respectful and
pick up your dogs’ messes. --
