The direct line our previous carrier gave me, for one of the managers is 202-523-2597

When they answer, they have always been helpful.

If it rings off the hook, it’s the wrong time to call. If you keep calling and all of a sudden it is busy, they can’t take your call and have taken the phone off the hook. Try again later or from a different phone number (yes they monitor the calls using caller ID). I am speaking from experience.

It should read 202-523-2590.

I have a couple of  phone numbers which may or may not still be valid as they go back to earlier this year.
Manager L St P.O. 202-53-2590  I found calling around 7:30 AM was helpful.

Hi all,

Does someone have the post office number handy for L ST? We haven't gotten mail at the office lately and it is either that our mail carrier is on vacation and the sub isn't delivering the mail or that when our tenant moved out then forwarded all of our mail to his new address.

I fear the later. So I'd like to call them and find out.
