[Lincolnparkdc] Porch pirate on 12th NE Friday July 16

Heads up, we have a porch pirate active on the 100 block of 12th NE.
This person came through between 5-9:30 pm today and swiped two packages (
two dresses and some laundry spray).
I have no footage.

It might be time again for many of us to gently remind our parcel carriers
to stash packages out of sight, and not leave them in the middle of the
stairs, or against the door as they have been doing lately.
