[Lincolnparkdc] Bullet shot through storm window.

 Gary and I had a bullet shot through a kitchen window last night around 11 PM on July 4.  We had the police come this morning.  They retrieved a  bullet from the window sill. It shattered our storm window, but did not come through the inside window.  The officer said it was likely random and low velocity.
