[Lincolnparkdc] another branch down in Lincoln Park

Thank you, Charles.  I used to joke that I was against DC statehood (JUST
KIDDING) because it would mean that the District would take care of the
park instead of the NPS, but this is ridiculous. I thought the lack of park
maintenance was because of Covid-19, but now I'm not so sure.
