[Lincolnparkdc] README 65 and over Vaccinations

Phase One A population includes over 80,000 people.   20,000 plus people from phase 1a have been vaccinated (healthcare workers, Fire & Emergency medical personnel, and residents of congregant settings).  These people are still being vaccinated.

Residents over 65 years old is a category including over 80,000 DC residents.

 DC reports it is currently receiving about 8,000 additional vaccines a week.

The math speaks for itself.

It's not easy. We'll all get there. But, it is going to involve personal inconvenience. Keep trying over the next few days, it will take time. Please be patient.
