[Lincolnparkdc] Register for COVID-19 vaccination

HI Tom,

Thanks for this. I went to the site to register and, with the exception of
health care workers, it only allowed me to sign up for an email update
about what happens next, but not for any  information about when "your
phase" of the rollout begins.  Did I miss something--or can you clarify the
information above?
