[Lincolnparkdc] Mail delivery

We got our mail around 8:45pm last night. Then around 9:15 /9:30 I heard a
horn honking and looked out the window. It was the mail truck. The mail
carrier walked over and said stop honking the horn, Mommy's almost done.
The mail carrier had her kids with her. It's really sad when they don't
have enough good people to deliver the mail in a timely manner and they
have to bring their kids on their route with them.

The service at our office is bad too (1500 blk of Pennsylvania). We had
some of our mail returned to customers with "No mail receptacle" stamped on
it. We have a slot, but if our regular carrier is gone they either don't
deliver the mail or send it back.. I talked to our regular carrier
yesterday and she is beside herself with what to do when she's gone.

It's nuts.
