[Lincolnparkdc] Mail delivery

I am on 100 block of Kentucky. Our mail is sporadic. A friend on 8th St NE reports no mail issues but has had the same carrier for years. Not so on our block. I had a hard time getting the attention of last week’s carrier. She was plugged into her phone. One of the mis delivered pieces of mail I had handed back to her was redelivered to my home a few days later.
