[Lincolnparkdc] The work on 13th

I asked the two ANC Commissioners involved and CM Allen if they had been notified. So far no answer. Pointed out it had been 5 days as yesterday and noise level had reached 85db. 

Worker says doing For PEPCO. I know surveyors were doing survey work for PEPCO several months ago.  Clearly some sort of major project is coming. Would be nice if they would communicate with the neighbors who would be impacted.
