I just connected with Commander McLean. He said that the officers should
have contacted the Dept of Behavioral Health Crisis Response Team (CRT).
That's the unit that is set up to respond when there is, or is suspected,
mental health crisis. He's going to talk to the midnight Watch Commander to
look into it and make sure all officers know about the resources available.
