[Lincolnparkdc] Aggressive Door Banging 2:30am 12/14

Just to clarify- I heard the very loud banging and knocking and called police. Kjersten Drager and Paul Cancienne dealt with the police and I got the update from Kjersten.  That’s definitely the guy I saw. Big takeaway here is to make Sure your doors are locked. It sounded to me like he was also checking the doorknobs. He didn’t knock on our door but two doors down.
