[Lincolnparkdc] lincolnparkdc Digest, Vol 39, Issue 10

I called 311 as suggested, but I was told they’d only be around my address January 3 then again January 8. 
I live at 1016 Independence Ave SE. 
I asked if I could put in a request and she said no.
