[Lincolnparkdc] Backyard Thief

I saw him walking south on the 100 block of KY Ave at 2:17PM. He had the
bolt cutters and white tank on. He walked into the alley on the East side
of the street (by 112 KY Ave).

I threw on my shoes and went to the alley as I placed the initial police
call - dispatch said police were on their way. As I was calling I poked
around the alley trying to see if he was already in someone's backyard but
couldn't find him.

Cops never showed up but called me about an hour later. The person asked me
a few questions, but seemed less interested when I told them the guy didn't
steal anything from me.

I have a couple of more recent missed calls from the police (was on a work
call) so I'm wondering if they need more information from me but otherwise
Jeni if you haven't already spoken to the police, they're already on the
lookout.
