[Lincolnparkdc] Stolen bike

Great information Brett. Thank you
I would encourage people to keep your bikes inside until we catch this guy
or he moves on. I know our small houses don't have much room, I have two
bikes in my living room all summer long, but it's better to have less space
then no bike.
